SOUTHERN PACIFIC HANGER

Known as the Sunset Express, the Southern Pacific delivered luxury service from New Orleans to Los Angeles. with stops at several bigger cities along the way.  The early trains took seven days for the voyage, later this was shortened to 3-4 days. The various landscapes and states passed through made the Sunset Express voyage a memorable and enjoyable one. It in a way helped open up California South West.
